Cousins from Texas

We finally got Ethan to cooperate for a picture with his cousin Kamden during cousins' Zoe and Elijah's visit from Texas! Love these kids!

Busy, busy, busy! That is what we are! David and Trina visited over Thanksgiving and we were so glad to see the cousins (David and Trina too:))!

 Noah's goal is to be taller than his Aunt Trina, then Aunt Laura, then his momma. He is standing on his tip toes in this pic, but he is close! He loves picking on Aunt Trina!

Lions and Tigers and Bears...Oh My!

Today Noah and I loaded up and picked Missy, Taylor and Trinity up and headed to the Memphis zoo! The weather was sunny and 65 and absolutely perfect for our day!

We had a great time today. Minus 2 falls. Just a couple of scrapes, but otherwise fine! We are pooped!

p.s. Ethan stayed home with his granny. Mommy didn't think the zoo was the place for this 17-month old today! Here's a quick picture of him showing off his medals...he won 1st place in the pole vault today...

Hanging Out On a Saturday Night

Noah got new slippers. Well. Actually, I ordered Noah and Ethan matching baseball slippers. However, size 3 meant big-and-can-fit-mommy size 3. Seriously. How cute are these?

He's pretty proud of them.

I had to post pictures of Noah wearing his Spy Gear night vision glasses. He loves to get in my closet and see in the dark. I am afraid I am going to regret this purchase...

Ethan's new thing is checking himself out in the oven door and dishwasher. He looks at himself forever.

He is cutting more teeth and was a little fussy today! He and Noah both had early bedtime tonight. Now that Noah is 4 1/2 he does not like to nap at all. So, if he does take a nap, he can stay up a little later. However, if he does not, like today, take a nap, he has to be in bed by 8.

Also, please keep Ava in your prayers. She is still in the hospital and it is now going on 3 weeks. She is getting better and David and Trina hope to come home first of the week.
